Smoothie
  • Small check mark in a circle 1 frozen acai smoothie pack (or 1 tablespoon acai powder)
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/3 cup Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic harvest berries (or 1 cup frozen berries if using acai powder)
  • Small check mark in a circle 1 banana
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/2 cup coconut milk (not cream of coconut) or almond milk
  • Small check mark in a circle 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • Small check mark in a circle 1 tablespoon chia seed
Toppings
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/2 cup Nature Valley™ coconut & almond granola (from 11-oz bag)
  • Small check mark in a circle 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Small check mark in a circle 1 or 2 fresh raspberries
  • Small check mark in a circle 2 tablespoons toasted coconut

Preparation

  1. In blender, add Smoothie ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 16-oz glass jar. Add Toppings. Enjoy with a spoon.
  3. To make ahead: Make Smoothie as directed in step 1. Pour into glass jar; seal with cover, and refrigerate until ready to eat. Add toppings just before eating.

  • Feel free to use your favorite blend of frozen berries.
  • Use whatever milk is your favorite.
