Make-Ahead Acai Smoothie Jar

ingredients

  • Smoothie:

  • 1

    frozen acai smoothie pack (or 1 tablespoon acai powder)

  • 1/3

    cup Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic harvest berries (or 1 cup frozen berries if using acai powder)

  • 1

    banana

  • 1/2

    cup coconut milk (not cream of coconut) or almond milk

  • 3

    tablespoons orange juice

  • 1

    tablespoon chia seed

  • Toppings:

  • 1/2

    cup Nature Valley™ peanut butter crunchy protein granola

  • 1/2

    banana, sliced

  • 1

    or 2 fresh raspberries

  • 2

    tablespoons toasted coconut

  • 1

    tablespoon almond butter, melted

  • 1.

    In blender, add Smoothie ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.

  • 2.

    Pour into 16-oz glass jar. Add Toppings. Enjoy with a spoon.

  • 3.

    To make ahead: Make Smoothie as directed in step 1. Pour into glass jar; seal with cover, and refrigerate until ready to eat. Add toppings just before eating.
