2005 Restoration Project
In 2005, Nature Valley donated $150,000 to the National Parks Foundation to send members of the Student Conservation Association into America’s national parks to perform a variety of tasks towards restoring trails and improving the appearance and amenities in four national parks. An SCA crew spent weeks working on a segment of trail in Wyoming’s Grand Teton National Park, surrounded by stunning peaks and abundant wildlife. Key projects included:
  • 5.5 miles of trail brushed
  • 150+ drainage structures constructed/cleared
